1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to westlyco.shop and purchases made from Westlyco. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy.

Westlyco is an independently operated online retail store based in Toledo, Ohio, United States. Westlyco sells authentic Naturium-branded products obtained through lawful sources as an independent retailer. Westlyco is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of Naturium.
3. Eligibility and Account Information
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to submit an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate checkout and contact information and to use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
4. Products and Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, prices, discounts, and availability. Screen settings, manufacturer packaging changes, and production updates may cause non-material differences. Contact us before purchase if a specific characteristic is important to you.

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or technical reasons by posting the revised version and updated date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the policies incorporated above form the agreement concerning use of the website and purchases from Westlyco.
